Masige East MCA Hon. Michael Motume attends Igoma PAG Secondary school prayer day
Today, the MCAMasige East MCA Hon. Michael Motume attended the prayer function for the form four students who are set to sit fir their KCSE examinations this year at Igoma Secondary School in Masige East ward,Bobasi Constituency.
In the event, the Honourable member of County assembly donated 38 clipboards to aid the candidates do their exams.
He also took the opportunity to motivate the candidates to work smart in class to achieve their dreams.
The school has 39 candidates registered to sit for this year’s KCSE examinations.
To all the students across the ward and county, he wished them success in the forthcoming exams.
In his speech Hon. Motume Said;
” I came here today to encourage you my brothers and sisters,I know you’ve been here for four years, this is your time make sure that your future is bright. “
” Prove to your parents that you came to school to study, Prove to your teachers that they have done a good job.”
He expressed his confidence in this year’s candidates with the hope that they will perform better and make both parents and teachers proud.
” We have faith that this year’s candidates will make us proud.”
He Also emphasized to the students the importance of education, which he termed as the ultimate Equalizer of all people across the social classes.
“Education is the equalizer, it makes all of us equals regardless of their social class.”
The principal and the school fraternity were thrilled to have the area MCA attend their school’s function.
The Honorable member maintained that he will work tirelessly to ensure that he brings the school to the limelight of academic excellence.
