This is a good gesture from the Kisii county government and it indeed shows how determined the county administrations is to ensure that service is delivered to the people at an affordable cost.
It is therefore prudent for the county government through the leadership of the Governor to solicit more funds through enhanced partnerships in different sectors to foster development across the region.
